09/21/2013 Simon J. Tonge  taxon changed Unknown (Spider Wasp) Pepsis sp. (Spider-hunting Wasp)
Tentative i.d.
11/17/2015 Aaron Schusteff  taxon changed Pepsis sp. Pepsis thisbe (Spider-hunting Wasp)
This can be seen to be a female, from the relatively thin and significantly curled antennae (particularly, the left antenna...which is curled back posteriorly). The orange wings w/ hyaline tips, and dark submarginal band here indicate species Pepsis thisbe.

The exceedingly long hoods of the flowers suggest Asclepias subulata...and favorite desert species of Pepsis
