Plain Text lists
These lists are updated nightly, and are
intended for use by other online databases.
They are plain text database dumps of selected fields.
1. animal_taxon_list.txt -
a list of all animal taxa in CalPhotos, grouped by scientific name
format: taxon <tab> count
2. plant_taxon_list.txt -
a list of all plant taxa in CalPhotos, grouped by scientific name
format: taxon <tab> count
3. specimens.txt -
a list of all photos of museum specimens
format: museum <tab> specimen_no <tab> calphotos ID #
4. specimens_ucjeps.txt -
a list of all photos of specimens in the University & Jepson Herbaria
format: specimen_no <tab> calphotos ID #
