| Noé Cheung lives in Brazil and started to grow orchids in 1993 and since then is a member of local orchid association. Photography is another of his hobbies in the spare time. He is still an amateur photographer but continuously self-studies photograph techniques in specialized books and magazines. He obtained mechanical engineering degree in 1997 from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), Master degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1999 from Unicamp, PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2003 from Unicamp. His interests cover artificial intelligence, continuous casting, laser surface treatment and many aspects of metal solidification.
