| Sheryl Creer has an M.S. in Biology (Ecology, Evolution, and Conservation) and a B.S. in Botany from San Francisco State University. Her thesis project involved working on the systematics of Arctostaphylos, as well as constructing a molecular phylogeny of the Arbutoideae. Sheryl's botanical interests lie in ecology, taxonomy, phylogeny and systematics. Her favorite place to botanize is the Mojave desert.
