Kate Symonds has been a biologist with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in California since 1994 where she has worked in endangered species programs; the last 8 years with the Partners for Fish & Wildlife Program, a FWS private lands voluntary restoration program where she works with various landowners in the San Francisco area. Kate has a masters in Wildlife Biology from Colorado State University and a bachelor's in Environmental & Systematic Biology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, CA.
