| Dana York has performed botany surveys throughout California and southwest Oregon. He currently resides in Arcata, California. He holds a B.S. in Forest Management from Humboldt State University, and a M.S. in Biological Sciences (Botany Emphasis) from California State University, Fresno. He was Death Valley National Park's Botanist for 5 years. He is currently working for the CA Department of Transportation as a Senior Environmental Planner. He maintains an extensive photo library of rare California plants. |
