| I'm an environmental consultant working in Southern California who has always been fascinated with plants, animals and photography. I grew up in the nature-oriented town of Chico. Many of my photographs were the result of being in places were only few get to go and seeing things that only few get to see. A lot of times because I had to climb through chaparral, brave drainages at night near the international border, or hike far from trails and roads. I have sold photographs that are used in field guides, text books, park brochures and interpretive panels, but I have also allowed free use of photographs for teaching or training, and non-commercial websites, brochures and publications.
