    Action: changed name from "Penstemon palmeri var. palmeri" to "Penstemon spectabilis "

         "The three plants, 6212 3041 0635 0070, 6212 3041 0635 0072

    and 6212 3041 0635 0073, are apparently Penstemon spectabilis Thurber. The blue lips, whitish interior, and included

    The uppewr leaves are fused at the base as is typical of P. spectabilis and both the inflorescence and the upper leaves resemble the picture of P. spectabilis in The Jepson Manual at p. 1061.
