  • notes   Fruit view. A sprawling, ascending,viscid, yellow flowering perennial on low semi-stabilized sand dunes at breaks of the Rio Grande River. Recent genetic work has returned the Proboscidea from the Pedaliaceae to where they were long known in the Martyniaceae.
