plant community growing on S-facing bank of ravine in monarch butterfly habitat restoration area planted in May-June 2018 with coastal sage scrunotes Close-up of shrub showing leaf and fruit detail. One other plant found growing here on same date. May be first naturalized record for Santa Barbara County. Monarch butterfly larvae were observed feeding on leaves and fruits of both plants.photo category: Plant - shrub
