notes From our observations, the populations of Viola sheltonii on the southwest side of Mormon Emigrant Road, just past the second dam on Jenkinson Lake, appeared to be exclusively cleistogamous. However, in April 2017, we found several chasmogamous populations of V. sheltonii (shown here) on Ferrari MIll Road, a quarter mile from the cleistogamous plants.camera Nikon Coolpix P7700
