  • notes   flat topped spineless succulent on an outwash plain of mixed alluvial gravels of pale limestone and reddish volcanic rhyolite. Scarcely rising above ground level, plant is easily overlooked, especially in dry season. Increasingly threatened by both commercial and private collection from the wild.
