    Action: changed name from "Hulsea vestita ssp. inyoensis" to "Senecio sp. "

    Reviewer's comments:
         "Hulsea vestita ssp. inyoensis has much larger heads, spatulate wooly leaves, and wooly phyllaries. The photo appears to be an alpine Senecio, with relatively small heads and glabrous leaves.
