Zaragosa, 0.4 miles west of Rio Verde bridge (Mcp. Casas Grandes, Chihuahua, Mexico)

  • plant community   creek riparian in pine-oak-juniper woodland at 1825m (5987')
  • notes   riparian corridor of small tributary of Rio Verde in narrow canyon cut in volcanic rhyolitic tuff. Plants in volcanic alluvial soil with mixed gravels on north facing roadside bank above river.
