  • plant community   riparian playa community in pine forest at 2350m (7710')
  • notes   ephemeral in open areas between pines and shoreline of seasonal playa. A strongly scented medicinal plant in conspicuous red fall/winter foliage color. Some authorities place this as a synonym under Chenopodium incisum.
