  • notes   Newly described taxon from the southern Sierra Nevada Foothills. Generally occurs on rocky south and southeast facing slopes along the foothill margins bordering the San Joaquin Valley. Similar to H. annuus, but differs by blooming year round and having a distinct woody stem and secondary growth.
