  • plant community   grassland, south facing slope
  • notes   Very early phenology still. Most plants were vegetative, a couple were in bud, and only one was in bloom. Plant was located in barbed wire cattle exclosure north of Simmons Lane. Also visited record north of San Carlos Way, but couldn't find any plants. At the San Carlos Way location, there was quite a bit a thatch build up in the cattle exclosure which may be reducing habitat quality.
