  • notes   Black Rock Lava Flow is a fresh, young outpouring of basalt in the Lunar Crater Volcanic Field at the southern end of the Pancake Range. The volcanic field covers about 100 square miles and includes dozens of craters and cinder cones. The Black Rock flow is probably less than 2000 years old.
