Action: changed name from "Oxypolis occidentalis" to "Ligusticum cf. grayi "

    Reviewer's comments:
"This is definitely not Oxypolis occidentalis due to the fruits being laterally flattened with ribs all the way around. Oxypolis is dorsally flattened with only lateral wings. I would need more mature fruits and images of the whole plant to tell definitively if this is L. grayi, but I am fairly confident it is some Ligusticum species."
