Action: changed name from "Claytonia umbellata" to "Claytonia obovata "

    Reviewer's comments:
"Sessile leaves indicate this is Claytonia obovata not C. umbellata -- the latter taxon is restricted in California to the Sierra Nevada whereas C. obovata occurs in the Klamath Region and North Coast Ranges. Current taxonomy recognizes C. obovata as a synonym of C. lanceolata, but impending taxonomic changes will resurrect C. obovata as a species that occurs in California distinct from C. lanceolata. See Claytonia.org for more information."
