Action: changed name from "Castilleja arachnoidea" to "Castilleja nana "

    Reviewer's comments:
"Note black stigma, often found in C. nana but not common in C. arachnoidea. Also note more acute tips on bract segments, and, while hard to see, the lack of any sign of arachnoid pubescence. Finally, Pioneer Basin is in Fresno, far south of the normal range of C. arachnoidea.
