    Action: changed name from "Gilia capitata" to "Gilia capitata ssp. staminea "

    Reviewer's comments:
         "Flower color in this photo looks exactly like that of the rare ssp. chamissonis, but when the site was revisited in 2013 the color proved to be much paler. This plus leaf characters etc. all matched ssp. staminea."
