  • location   A pullout on the north side of Highway 50, about two miles east of Kyburz (El Dorado County, California, US)
  • family Plantaginaceae
  • notes   Plants most likely introduced from elsewhere, perhaps on an automobile tire. Subsequent work on Highway 50, including Shotcrete applied to the hillside, may have extirpated this population, since none of the plants have been since the highway work. The elevation in this spot is 4400 feet.
