Action: changed name from "Ipomoea tricolor" to "Ipomoea purpurea "

    Reviewer's comments:
"The entire plant , including leaves , pedicels , sepal shape / positioning , and corolla are completely consistent for Ipomoea purpurea cultivar "Milky Way"

The pedicel and calyx is hairy contrary to Ipomoea tricolor (which is always totally glabrous) but totally consistent for Ipomoea purpurea."
