  • notes   Oblique-frontal detail view of a flower. Note the ciliate hairs on the edges of the upper 3 lobes; the relatively straight stamen tube, deflexed towards the lower two corolla lobes and bent upward at the tip. The translucent rod-like appendages at the base of the stamen tube and the yellow egg-yolk-like glands in the bowl of the corolla are looking glamorous here :-).
