Action: changed name from "Clarkia prostrata" to "Clarkia davyi "

    Reviewer's comments:
"This is a good match for C. davyi in growth habit, color, and range. C. prostrata is strongly tricolored and appears to be endemic to the vicinity of Arroyo de la Cruz. It would seem from this that it is the erect species here that is the real mystery."
