    Action: changed name from "Eriogonum ampullaceum" to "Eriogonum palmerianum "

    Reviewer's comments:
         "The plant in the photo appears to have tomentose stems and the tepals are fan shaped. E. ampullaceum has glabrous stems and teapls not expanded."
