Along Drum Powerhouse Rd. Near Dutch Flat (Placer County, California, US)notes This Serpentinite, part of the Feather River Terrane, was formed in Triassic time, about 220 million years ago. When subjected to great pressure, Serpentinite probably flowed in a plastic manner.
