Asteraceae
notes Inflorescences: showing distinctive resin-dotted, knobby-tipped phyllaries, long pappus bristles, and corollas which abruptly flare out at juncture of tube and throat (separating Isocoma from Hazardia). These plants had pinnately toothed leaves, and thus go to I. a. var. eremophila in the both the Jepson key and the Flora of North America key.
