Rombon, 2208 m (7,244 feet), above 'Pri Plajerjevi skali' place, northeast of Bovec, East Julian Alps (Posoèje, Slovenia)notes Slo.: zelenkasti zelenivec - Habitat: Open forest, Pinus sp., Fagus sylvatica, Ostrya carpinifolia, Fraxinus ornus, south oriented slope, quite warm place, calcareous ground, fully exposed to direct rain. average precipitations ~3.000 mm/year, average temperature 7-9 deg C, elevation 609 m (2.250 feet), alpine phytogeographical region. - Substratum: heavily rotten, debarked piece of wood of an unknown tree, but not oak. - Comments: Photographed in quite dry and frozen state.
