    Action: changed name from "Malacothamnus fasciculatus" to "Malacothamnus hallii "

    Reviewer's comments:
         "Northern populations of Malacothamnus that were lumped into M. fasciculatus are M. arcuatus which has looser calyx and stem hairs than typical M. fasciculatus or M. hallii."
