notes Jepson Project as of 2009 notes that 'hybrids with E. molestum have been called agninum.' But E molestum sensu Reveal doesn't occur north of the San Bernardino Mts. And molestum has round leaf blades, anyway. E. cithariforme var. cithariforme is fairly different, with 'stems and branches tomentose,' and often winged petioles. Well, adaptive radiation of the genus is in progress, according to the experts.photo category: Plant - annual/perennial
