  • notes   Este sapo estaba activo de dia, en la hojarasca de un area abierta, aproximadamente a 800 m.s.n.m.. Esta especie muestra actividad diurna y nocturna; por ejemplo, machos de B. coniferus pueden cantar con fines reproductivos en horas nocturnas y diurnas. La fotografia es parte del proyecto PILA-Darwin: Herramientas basicas para el manejo del Parque Internacional La Amistad ('Darwin Initiative', numero de beca 15/027: 'Baseline tools for management in P.I. La Amistad (Costa Rica/Panama)'), del Museo de Historia Natural de Londres y la Universidad de Costa Rica. /// This toad was active at day, on leaf litter in an open area, about 800 m a.s.l.. This species shows activity during the day and the night. For example: males of B. coniferus can be calling with reproductive purposes at night and at day. The picture is part of the PILA-Darwin Project ('Darwin Initiative' 15/027: 'Baseline tools for management in P.I. La Amistad (Costa Rica/Panama)'), of the Natural History Museum of London and the University of Costa Rica.
