Action: changed name from "Ipomoea tenuiloba" to "Ipomoea hederacea "

    Reviewer's comments:
"The sepals visible on the right are those of Ipomoea hederacea and the mid-petaline banding is very typical of Ipomoea hederacea but not seen in Ipomoea tenuiloba.

Photos for a reference database ( not simply a photo gallery) which clearly show Identifying characteristics (such as sepals, exterior tube and calyx) should be used in place of photos which could match any number of species by only a frontal view of the corolla."
