Action: changed name from "Proserpinus clarkiae" to "Arctonotus lucidus "

    Reviewer's comments:
"Proserpinus clarkiae has smooth borders between the light and dark bands on the forewing. Note: Arctonotus was recently put into Proserpinus, so the new name for this species is Proserpinus lucidus."
