  • notes   Hatchling, bred in outdoor pond in Michigan; parent origin: female Chrysemys picta dorsalis from Reelfoot Lake Tennessee X male Chrysemys picta belli from Nebraska. These subspecies routinely breed every year; intergrade hatchlings have moderate dorsal stripe and some carapacial markings but otherwise resemble local Chrysemys picta marginata.
