Action: changed name from "Buteo jamaicensis" to "Accipiter cooperii "

    Reviewer's comments:
"This big-charcater hawk is a heavy-headed female juvenile Cooper's Hawk. The best reason it's not a Redtail is the pattern on the tail -- equally thick light gray and dark brown-gray bands. Juvenile Redtails and many buteos show fine dark bands on a lightish tail. Yellow eye and white spotting on the back confer juv status here. I tried to use the eyebrow as a clue that this was a juv Goshawk, however the back is too simply colored: One brown feather tone with light brown-ruf feather edges and the odd white patches showing through equals Cooper's. Juv goshawks have highly variegated back colors, sometimes three to four shades of brown. Great shot."
