Action: changed name from "Pepsis sp." to "Pepsis thisbe "

    Reviewer's comments:
"This can be seen to be a female, from the relatively thin and significantly curled antennae (particularly, the left antenna...which is curled back posteriorly). The orange wings w/ hyaline tips, and dark submarginal band here indicate species Pepsis thisbe.

The exceedingly long hoods of the flowers suggest Asclepias subulata...and favorite desert species of Pepsis."
