  • photo location   Specimen was photographed on 10/15/2005 at the Salem, Oregon office of the U.S. Bureau of land Management, USA. Collected by Dianna Lysgard-Rutz (Merlin Biological, contract surveyor). The identification was confirmed by dissection by Paul Hohenloe.
  • animal's place of origin   Mud Dog Lake, just north of Crabtree Lake (Linn County, Oregon, US)
