    Action: changed name from "Afrixalus septentrionalis" to "Afrixalus delicatus "

    Reviewer's comments:
         "Afrixalus septentrionalis is a very different animal with a thick mid-dorsal stripe. A. delicatus is common right up the coast from South Africa to Somalia."
