notes The corollas, in the area of the throat, were very flattened in the horizontal plane. As a result, the flowers, seen face-on, had a distinctly more widely oval aspect than most other Mimulus I'm familiar with.camera Shot at f13, 1/60 with fill-flash on a Canon D60 with a Canon 50mm Compact Macro.
