    Action: changed name from "Penstemon eatonii" to "Penstemon utahensis "

    Reviewer's comments:
         "The erect and slightly flared back limbs of the corolla are characteristic of P. utahensis, not P. eatonii. The image, in fact, very much resembles one in the photographer's own Mojave National Preserve collection identified (correctly, I think) as P. utahensis.
