    Action: changed name from "Streptanthus glandulosus" to "Streptanthus hispidus "

    Reviewer's comments:
         "8/19/97: changed name from S. GLANDULOSUS to S. HISPIDUS per Dean Wm. Taylor ( bristly tricomes are characteristic of Sect. Insignes [S. hispidus, S. ingignis] and are absent in Sect. Hesperides."
