Action: changed name from "Artemisia arbuscula ssp. arbuscula" to "Artemisia tridentata var. vaseyana "

    Reviewer's comments:
"Based on the leaves showing in accompanying photo ID #0903 0354, this is Artemisia tridentata var. vaseyana. This and A. rothrockii are virtually the only sagebrushes at this altitude and habitat in the White Mountains, and A. arbuscula is doubfully if at all present in the range.
