Action: changed name from "Calochortus pulchellus" to "Calochortus amabilis "

    Reviewer's comments:
"Likely not C. pulchellus based on questionable location information. C. pulchellus is a narrow rare endemic of Mt. Diablo, Contra Costa County (Jepson Manual 1993). The only other possible candidate (unlikely) is Calochortus raichei, an extremely rare plant endemic to Big Austin Creek, Sonoma County.
