habitat Found where deciduous trees, such as Western Box-Elder, Big-Leaf Maple, and Western Sycamore grow.notes 'The Literate Bug' - This true bug flew through the open window of my car as I was about to leave Silverwood Lake. It landed on my left wrist from which I gently dropped it onto a better surface (which happened to be the Desert Jepson) while reaching for my camera with the other hand. Not until I put the images on my computer did I notice that it had landed on the word 'PLANTS'.camera Nikon Coolpix 950
