Action: changed name from "Delphinium parryi" to "Delphinium parryi ssp. blochmaniae "

    Reviewer's comments:
"This ssp. blochmaniae based on 1) size of flower, 2) bi-color aspect, 3) geographic location in the Oceano dunes.
ssp. is a CNPS 1B rare plant, so the id is of some importance.
    Nice image by the photographer."
