notes This is a photo of part of the Ash Creek grove from back where you can drive to (with a telephoto lens at about 3x). The brush is very dense between the road and the Cypresses. You have to weave your way through the brush until you get to a clearing that is under a set of smaller power lines (three wires on wood poles), then find another place to 'dive in' and make your way through more dense brush, over a barbed wire fence, and onto BLM land.
