    Action: changed name from "Lathyrus vestitus" to "Lathyrus tingitanus "

    Reviewer's comments:
         "This deep-red-flowered Lathyrus with only one pair of normal photosynthetic leaflets differs from L. vestitus which is pink-mauve and which has more pairs of leaflets.
