Action: changed name from "Arctostaphylos morroensis" to "Arctostaphylos pechoensis "

    Reviewer's comments:
"Apparently mislabeled by arboretum. A. morroensis has distinct petioles and convex heterofacial leaves. This manzanita belongs to the auriculate-clasping group. Looks like A. pechoensis by color; could be A. luciana. Nice photo, however."
